STRONGER AND IMPROVED
CROSSFIT
At Waverly, our CrossFit classes are designed primarily to make you stronger and improve your overall athleticism. Our coaches help you master basic barbell movements in a safely manner, and bodyweight movements all while keeping our heart rate at a high pace. The CrossFit class is a mix of disciplines such as olympic weightlifting, gymnastics and cardio.

High Intensity Interval Training
HIIT
High Intensity Interval training has gotten very popular over the last few years, a workout that has many movements utilizing your own bodyweight, dumbbells, kettlebells and many more movements that are all combined into intervals that are set by work time over rest time. This is a Fast pace class where we focus on constant High quality repetitions and keeping the intensity as high as possible.

Boxing
Our intense sessions are laser-focused on honing your boxing technique, improving agility, and boosting overall cardiovascular fitness. Get ready to sweat, push your limits, and unleash your full potential in a high-intensity workout that will leave you feeling empowered and energized.

Individualized training
1 on 1
Individualized training that is entirely catered on accelerating the progress of each client personal goals, from improving performance to aesthetics, or rehabilitating an injury, our experienced team will be able to assist you and make it a successful journey.

Olympic weightlifting is a key component of Crossfit and develops speed, power, coordination and balance in our athletes.
Learn the snatch and the clean and jerk with the help of highly qualified coaches. We also offer the chance to compete in the sport and be part of our Waverly Barbell team.
